During a routine inspection
They did not comment on infection control but did tell us they thought the practice was kept clean, tidy and they were seen in private.
We saw there was sufficient information given so that people could decide what treatment they wanted and if they wanted it to go ahead. This included cost. There was a system in place to minimise the risk of infection and cross contamination of instruments. Staff were knowledgeable, qualified and competent to deliver the service people needed. People using the service also had access to a complaints procedure that was included in the information provided. Records were also well maintained, up to date and accessible.
