During a routine inspection
Following the visit we contacted, with their permission, people who had attended the practice the week preceding our visit. We sent an email questionnaire to 12 people and received seven responses. People who responded to our questionnaire expressed high levels of satisfaction with the practice. Comments included;
'Clean and tidy establishment with polite and helpful staff.'
'The staff and surroundings make me feel secure and they listen to me if I have any worries.'
' 'The dentist and the team encourage a dialogue before, during and after each consultation and treatment, ensuring constant feedback, patient comfort and quality control.'
