During a routine inspection

During the visit we spoke with three members of staff and two people who use the service. People we spoke with told us that they were happy with the treatment that they and their families received.

One person we spoke with said "everything was very clearly explained" and "I am impressed with how it is run". Another person we spoke with said "the practice was very nice and very welcoming".
