During a routine inspection
One person said that practice staff were 'very good and very friendly' but they found some of the costs 'a bit expensive'. However, they said they preferred to come to this dentist as they did not have to wait for an appointment, as they had experienced when they were registered with a NHS practice. They said they were given choices and that costs were always explained.
The second person said that treatment costs and choices were always explained and that they would recommend the practice to others. They said that their medical history was checked often but not at every visit.
We looked at patient satisfaction survey results, which revealed a high rate of satisfaction with the care people received at Spa Dental Care. We observed that staff treated people with respect and spoke to them politely.
