During a routine inspection

During our inspection we spoke to two people who use the service. They told us that they had experienced good quality dental care and treatment at Chelsea Harbour Dental Practice and were positive about the way they were treated by staff. They told us that they felt involved with planning their treatment after receiving good information from the dentists about their options and costs.

People who used the service told us they had their privacy protected and felt safe.
