During a routine inspection

People told us that they were happy with the treatment they received, that they felt involved in their care and treatment. They said they were kept fully informed and information was explained to them fully.

They said that the staff are polite and the appointment system works well. They said they felt that the practice is clean and a safe environment. They said they feel like the treatment is working and have had a positive experience at the practice.
