During a routine inspection
The people who use the service told us they were involved in discussions about their treatment. They said the dentist always explained what they were going to do and they were given a choice. One person said, 'They always explain the options and tell me what it will cost.
We saw the treatment plans for two people. We saw all treatments they had received were recorded. The treatment plans had been signed by the person. One person told us, 'I have a copy of my treatment plan.'
The people we spoke with told us the practice was clean and they felt safe. One person said, 'It's clean, absolutely. It's always clean.' Another person told us, 'I feel very safe. It's very clean.'
The people we spoke with told us they were confident in the staff. One person said, 'They seem to know what they are doing, I'm confident in their care.'
We looked at three patient feedback forms which were completed on the day of our visit. The comments made were positive.
