Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. One patient said, ‘I have been coming for many years to the practice and I am always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.’ Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. We viewed patient feedback collected by the practice through the NHS friends and family test. Comments included, ‘Always get a friendly and happy service, can’t fault them at all!’ and ‘Can’t get any better – friendliest service.’ People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, ‘All members of staff are polite, kind and can identify when others need help.’ Another staff member said, ‘Everyone is kind and respectful towards each other which makes it a pleasure to go into work’.
