During a routine inspection

People we spoke with confirmed they had been involved in the support package assessment process and that their needs had been discussed with them. They had also been involved in the decision on how they wanted the care provided. They told us that the service telephoned them if there were any changes to staffing and that the carers were professional in their manner. People also told us they felt treated with respect and were satisfied with the agency staff. People said they knew how to complain but that they had not needed to make any complaints. People were confident that service management listened and acted on peoples views about how they wanted their support provided.

Comments we received included 'We have regular carers and we are satisfied with their attitudes when they are providing us our support'. 'Staff are accommodating and their timekeeping is good'. 'I am satisfied with the carers". We were also told 'I know how to contact the service and they have always responded appropriately to my calls'.
