During a routine inspection
We looked at the information provided by the service. We saw people were given information about treatment options available to them to help them decide the course of treatment they wanted. We looked at people's personal records and saw people had treatment plans which set out their treatment needs and costs. We also saw from these records people received the treatment that was planned and agreed with them.
Staff were given appropriate information and training to help them identify and report possible abuse, harm or neglect of vulnerable adults and children using the service.
We observed the practice was clean, tidy and well maintained.
People using the service were asked for their views and experiences. We saw people's feedback had been used to make improvements to the service.
The provider undertook regular audits to monitor and review the quality and safety of the service provided.
