During a routine inspection
All people were complimentary about the dentists and staff at the service. People informed us that they were happy with the care and treatment they received. They told us that the dentists and staff were excellent. One person told us, 'It is very easy to get an appointment here, even in an emergency.' Another person told us, 'I am provided with opportunities to make decisions about my treatment.' A third person told us, 'I have recommended this service to my friends and family members.'
All the people we spoke with told us that their treatment was undertaken in private.
People told us they felt safe with staff at the service. One person told us, 'I have never had any concerns about my safety when attending an appointment.'
We were told staff always wore protective clothing and the treatment rooms and the reception area were always clean and tidy.
People informed us that they were aware of how to make a complaint but they had never had to make a complaint.
We made a compliance action for one of the six outcomes we looked at. This was in relation to the recruitment of staff.
