During a routine inspection
People said, 'The practice was very clean and tidy'. One person said, 'Staff clean the treatment room between cases.' People told us ' the staff were 'very polite and professional.' People said they were aware of how to make a complaint. However, they have never had the need to make one.
We found the service had procedures in place to protect people from the risk of abuse. The service operated in a clean environment to prevent the spread of infection. People were looked after by staff who were appropriately recruited. There was a procedure in place to ensure complaints were responded to appropriately.
