During a routine inspection
We were only able to review one care plan and the systems that the provider had in place. As a consequence, our report has been determined on those processes seen and not on the outcomes for people.
We saw that the provider had in place a system which will allow them to ensure people are involved in their care. For example, we reviewed a service guide and saw copies of assessments which will be used to gain people's views on the care provided to them.
We reviewed the one care plan the provider had in place. We saw that this assessed the person's care needs and took into account any risks that may compromise the health and welfare of the person using this service.
We also saw that the provider had in place processes for safeguarding vulnerable adults, training staff and assessing the quality of the service it will be providing.
