During a routine inspection
Although there was a minimalist approach to paperwork (other than patient records) we found that the staff had a good understanding of their roles, kept up-to-date with best practice and worked well as a team. There were procedures in place to refer people on for treatments which could not be provided at the practice.
We observed staff interaction with people who used the service and noted that it was very friendly. There was a large waiting room with one section set aside as a children's play area.
