During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were provided with clear information about treatment options and the cost of treatments that enabled them to make informed decisions. One person told us that 'I had enough information to make a decision to go ahead'.
People told us that the care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that they were comfortable with. They told us that the staff were polite and that appointments were flexible to meet their needs. One person told us that 'I recommend a friend to come here (sic)'. Another person told us that 'I had excellent care and attention' and it has been a 'good experience'.
People we spoke with told us that they found the surgery to be clean and appropriately maintained. One person said that 'this surgery is clean and tidy, surroundings are nice'.
