During a routine inspection

People told us that they were happy with the care and services provided to them. They told us that staff knew what their needs were and that care and support were delivered with dignity and respect. People told us that they were given enough information about the services provided, that they had agreed their plans of care, and that staff had discussed this with them. People who used the service told us that they knew how to raise a concern and when they had done so it had been sorted out and dealt with effectively. People also said that they felt safe and that the staff would "Do anything I ask them to do". People said that staff were "wonderful". People also said that they had been asked about their views and opinions of the service.
