During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who had received treatment at the practice. People said they were very impressed with the care they received. Comments included "It's wonderful here...would not consider going anywhere else" and "the staff are very good at what they do". Two people said cost information was not always provided unless asked for. However, we noted all costs were highlighted on the premises and on the practice website.

Staff had appropriate training opportunities and were supported to carry out their duties.

The practice monitored the quality of their service by performing practice audits and an annual patient survey. Appropriate changes were implemented if needed.
