During a routine inspection

We spoke with two patients who spoke favourably of the practice. They told us that they were happy with the dentist because their views and experiences were taken into account. A patient told us 'he explained things and answered all the questions l had', and one comment from a survey read 'the dentist was very helpful'.

Staff demonstrated knowledge in areas relevant to their roles. 'I never had any problems with staff's competence', a patient had remarked.

Patients told us that the practice was always clean. We observed that staff wore protective clothing and gloves when needed and surfaces were cleaned between patients.
