During a routine inspection
People were complimentary about the service and one person said 'I have never experienced anything but good, I go back because I feel I get a good service, they are professional and I feel valued as a patient'.
All of the people we spoke with told us that their treatments were explained to them, along with the costs. We saw that records were detailed about the treatments people had. People told us that appointments were usually on time and that they could make appointments easily.
During our visit we saw that the surgery was clean. People told us 'The cleanliness is pretty good' and 'The surgery is spotless, very tidy'.
Staff received training so that they had up to date knowledge and skills in order to support the people who attended the practice.
There were systems in place to monitor how the practice was run, to ensure people received a quality service.
