During a routine inspection
People receiving care and treatment from this practice paid private charges only. We were told by one person that treatment was arranged at a time convenient to them. They told us they were given sufficient time to consider their treatment options and the cost involved, the dentist and the staff confirmed that people would not feel pressured to make a decision immediately.
We spoke with people that were new to the practice and some people that had been at the practice for many years; which, they told us, showed they were happy with the care they received. Some people told us that the whole family attended including their relatives and friends. We spoke with people whose children were treated at the dental practice and they were satisfied with the care. One person told us 'The staff treat us well; in fact it's an exceptional service that we receive'.
People we spoke with told us that everywhere always looked tidy and they were satisfied with the standards of cleanliness. During the inspection we saw that there were good standards of hygiene and appropriate infection control practices being carried out.
