During an inspection looking at part of the service
During our most recent inspection we found there were locks on all the cabinets holding patient records and paper records were now held securely.

The practice displayed patient information regarding treatment options, cost of treatment and how to complain in the reception and waiting area. The practice used a suggestion book in the waiting area surveys as tools to gain and act upon patient views.
The practice ensured that the care provided to patients was appropriate to their needs and that cleanliness and infection control was maintained at a high standard.
Staff were supported and trained appropriately. We found that whilst electronic patient notes were stored securely, paper notes were not. The provider recognized this to be an issue and stated that efforts would be made to immediately rectify this.
