During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. All those we spoke with told us they were happy with the treatment that they received. One person said, "I would never consider changing dentists."
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. Cleaning procedures were recorded and checks were in place to make sure procedures had been followed.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. One person told us, "we have a great and supportive team, there is always someone who can offer advice should you need it."
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive. Audits undertaken included; decontamination, infection control, emergency drugs, radiographs, post treatment surveys and medical histories.
