During a routine inspection
Patients were not protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had not been followed.
We saw records of continuing professional development for staff which had included infection prevention, medical emergencies and complaints handling. This meant that staff had the knowledge to undertake their role.
Records were kept securely .However some staff records and other records relevant to the management of the services were not accurate and fit for purpose.
