During a routine inspection
We spoke with the provider and four members of staff. They told us that they enjoyed working at the practice. One said, “It’s a lovely environment to work in”. Another told us, “Most new patients come here through word of mouth, that’s a real compliment”.
We found that the practice was very welcoming. People were offered choices about the treatment that they received and were cared for in a safe and clean environment. Staff had made the waiting areas inviting. There was a range of reading material including recent magazines and a daily paper. They had been decorated for the Christmas season. We observed staff interacting with people in a kind and cheerful manner.
