During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with were complimentary about the service they received. Some of the comments we received were;'The dentist is excellent, I am very happy with the advice and treatment,' 'The staff are friendly and helpful' and 'I trust him (the dentist).'
Patients told us that treatment options were discussed with them and this included the price of treatments. All the patients spoken with told us they felt safe and trusted the advice and expertise of the dentist.
We were told that people had their privacy and dignity respected. One patient when asked said, 'The staff are respectful and treat me with dignity'. We looked at the cleanliness of the practice and the safety processes that they had in place to protect the health of their patients. Patients told us that the surgery always looked clean and tidy.
