During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us they were satisfied with the treatment they received at Philmar Dental Surgery. We spoke with three people who were at the surgery for treatment or check ups. All three people spoke highly about the care, support and treatment they had been given by the practice.
The people we spoke with said Philmar dental surgery was always clean. One person said, "it's very clean, I have no complaints about that".
The provider had an appropriate system in place for gathering, recording and evaluating information about the quality and safety of care the service provided. The practice had a clinical governance policy in place which outlined their governance arrangements.
