At the assessment on 12 November 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations: The practice had implemented improvements to the detail recorded in the dental care records. We looked at 12 patient care records. The information recorded in these patient care records were in line with recognised guidance. They understood their responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
