During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak to patients during our inspection. However, we selected six patients at random who had attended the practice in the previous week and we spoke with four of them on the telephone. Everyone was very complimentary about the service they received. One person commented "Always have time for a relaxed discussion (with the dentist)." Another person said "They are great, hope nothing changes."

The clinic was clean and well maintained. One person said "The practice gets better and better." Staff were suitably trained and felt supported in their roles. Patients had confidence in the care that was provided.

The clinic had a complaints system and patients told us they were happy to make their views known although no one had ever complained.
