During a routine inspection
Comments made included;
'The dentist always discusses with me what treatment options are available and I always get a written plan of treatment that includes what the costs will be.'
'The staff are all very polite and professional and put you at your ease ' especially if you are nervous about dental treatment like I am.'
'I am in the middle of a course of treatment and am very satisfied about how that is going. I have been coming here for many years and have never had a problem.'
'The treatment provided to me and my family has always been good and we have never had any concerns.'
