During a routine inspection
People told us the dentist was good at explaining to them their dental problems and what could be done. People said they had been given good information. One person said, 'He makes me fully aware of my dental problems. I wouldn't go to another dentist.' Another person told us the dentist had made a 'brilliant response' when they had needed emergency treatment.
We found the staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The practice was clean and attractive throughout. There were good systems in place for keeping the practice safe including all the machinery needed for dentistry. Staff were trained to protect vulnerable people from potential abuse. Systems were in place to monitor the quality of the service and team members were keen to continually improve their service.
