During a routine inspection
We spoke with two people using the service who told us they were satisfied with the way the practice was run and the treatments provided. They told us that treatment options, the cost of treatment and any potential risks were fully explained to them. People's comments included 'everything was explained to me and the dentist answered all my questions' and 'they are very good. The treatments are explained and they are very caring.'
People told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff. They said staff observed their right to privacy and the practice was always clean and tidy.
The provider had a policy and procedures in place for safeguarding adults and children using the service. Staff had completed safeguarding training.
The provider had infection control systems in place and procedures were followed and recorded.
The provider followed staff recruitment procedures to make sure that suitable staff were appointed.
There were effective systems in place for managing complaints.
