During a routine inspection
We saw that the decontamination and infection control processes met the essential standard of the national guidance and that equipment was properly maintained and this was clearly recorded.
Staff were trained and registered and had regular updates in treatment of medical emergencies, infection control and safeguarding for patients.
Staff maintained good records for both patient care and for the management of the practice.
