During a routine inspection
Patients commented that they were happy with the practice's appointment system and never had a problem making an appointment. Arrangements were in place to deal with medical emergencies.
Systems were in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection, including staff training and policies and procedures. The practice regularly assessed and monitored the quality of services provided and addressed any issues identified. All five patients commented very positively on the care they received from their dentist and practice staff and described the care as 'excellent'.
