During a routine inspection
Comments from the people we spoke with included: 'I've been coming here for years. They're very good and I have no complaints at all. They take time to discuss the options, and I don't feel pushed to make a decision'.
People told us the appointment system was efficient, and they never had to wait long for an appointment.
The people we spoke with told us they felt safe during their visits to the practice. They said the practice was clean and tidy and they had no concerns about infection control.
