During a routine inspection

We spoke with six people using this service who had received treatment at the practice for many years. People said they felt safe receiving treatment at the practice and felt confident approaching staff with any queries and / or concerns. People described their experiences as 'very good' and staff were described as professional, very helpful and respectful. One person told us when her children had experienced dental problems they had been seen immediately on both occasions.

People told us their proposed treatment and treatment options had been discussed with them and agreed. Three people said they had received some paper based information which had related to their specific treatments.

Two people said they had expressed their views through the practice patient survey; although, they had not received any feedback from the survey once completed.

The three people we spoke with on the day of the Care Quality Commission visit said the surgery was clean and staff infection prevention practices were good.
