During a routine inspection
Patients spoken with during our visit were very complimentary of the dental team and of the standard of care and treatment they had received. Patients confirmed their privacy and dignity was respected and that they had been asked to provide feedback on the standard of service periodically.
Comments received from patients included: 'I have the utmost confidence in Mr Scott. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have no concerns whatsoever'; 'Mr Porter is fantastic. He makes me feel at ease' and 'This is a lovely practice. All the dental team are wonderful and I'd recommend it to family and friends.'
Patients spoken with told us that the standard of care and treatment received was good. They told us that they had experienced no problems and were very satisfied with their treatment and outcomes.
Feedback from three patients included: 'They are all smashing, friendly and helpful'; 'My dentist is very attentive, patient and caring'; and 'I have no concerns or complaints about the standard of dentistry I have received here. I have always been treated well.'
Patients spoken with reported that they had no complaints or concerns about the practice and systems were in place to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of people using the service.
