During a routine inspection

Most people who use the service had been registered with the dentist for many years. They told us they were treated with consideration and respect. People were provided with sufficient information to make decisions about their treatment.

People who use the service had their dental needs assessed and treatment planned to ensure their safety and welfare.

People were treated in an environment that appeared clean. However there were no protocols in place to guide staff on how to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
