During a routine inspection
People's medical histories were taken, their dental needs were assessed and their treatment was delivered according to treatment plans made with them.
People were safeguarded against risks of infection by a robust decontamination process.
Dentists and staff undertook regular relevant training and were able to seek informal supervision within the practice to support them with their work.
There was an effective system to assess and monitor the quality of the care provided and people who used the service were encouraged to contribute to this.
