During a routine inspection
The majority of people expressed positive comments complimenting the service they received. One person said "This is second to none, excellent service and it is on the NHS." Another person told us, "I have been coming here for years, and always get a good reception, the staff are always patient and kind."
People told us they were given a treatment plan and knew how much each stage of their treatment would cost. There were no negative comments about waiting times and the majority of people were satisfied with appointment and treatment options.
