During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us staff discussed their treatment options with them. One person said 'Staff will explain your options and then you can make a decision. They tell you what the cost will be'.
We looked at the records of people using the service. We saw people had treatment plans which set out their treatment needs and costs.
One person we spoke with told us they felt safe when visiting the practice. People also told us the environment was clean and tidy every time they visited.
We saw the provider undertook regular audits to monitor and review the quality and safety of the service provided.
