During a routine inspection
Patients' records were securely stored. We noted patients were given information about the fees and consented to treatment. Patients' medical histories were updated when they visited the practice.
Staff had training and support to carry out their roles. We saw that complaints procedures and infection control systems were in place. However, we noted that the autoclave and fridge were not always appropriately checked.
