During a routine inspection
We found that people had the information they needed to help them make informed choices about their treatment.
People told us that they had no concerns about the care and treatment that they received from the dentists at this practice. One person told us, 'We travel quite a distance to see this dentist and have recommended another friend who also travels to see the dentist.'
We found that people received care and treatment in a clean and hygienic environment. People we spoke with had no concerns about the cleanliness of the environment. One person said, 'It is a clean environment and the dentist always wear gloves and a mask.'
People told us that the staff were efficient. We found that staff were trained and supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
We found that the provider had systems in place to monitor the service to ensure that people received a quality service. We saw that where people raised concerns or comments the provider acted on them.
