During a routine inspection
Oral health needs were thoroughly assessed and people had individual treatment plans which they agreed to. The people we talked with told us they were happy with their care and treatment at the practice. They said, 'The dentist tells me exactly what's happening. He gives good advice', and, 'It is marvellous here. The staff are very good and I don't have to worry about anything'.
People were treated in a clean and hygienic environment and protected from the risk of infection.
The dental team were supported in their professional development and completed regular training to maintain and advance their skills and expertise.
There was a clear procedure for managing any complaints that were made about the service.
