During a routine inspection
Patients told us that the dentist asked them enough questions to have an accurate picture of their wants and needs. Patients said they were 'happy with the treatment' that they received.
On the day of our visit the practice was clean and hygienic. Patients told us that they were 'very happy with the standard of hygiene' and the practice was 'clean, modern and professional looking.'
Patients, their representatives and staff were asked for their views about their care and treatment however there was little evidence in place to show that these views had been acted on and / or influenced practice.
There was an appropriate complaints policy and procedure in place.
