During a routine inspection

We spoke to three patients who were using the service. They told us they were satisfied with care and treatment. They said they had information that enabled them to make decisions about their treatment. Patients said they felt safe because the staff were kind and respectful.

All the three patients said they found the clinic was always clean. They felt the treatment rooms and equipment were hygienic. This protected them from a risk of infections.

Patients told us they had used the clinic for many years and had no concerns with their treatment. They said they were happy with the service and they would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to other people.
