During a routine inspection

Patients who used the dental practice were positive about the quality of dental service they received. They said they the dentists gave them full information about their treatment so that they could make decisions. They told us they were treated with respect and staff were welcoming and friendly.

Patients told us that they consented to their treatment and they were satisfied with the service. They indicated that the service met their needs and would recommend it to others. Patients said the follow-up care was good and they felt safe. A patient said they would rather pay for this clinic than go to another clinic where they could get a free treatment. This indicated to us that patients were confident about the quality and safety of the service they received.
