People told us that they were involved in the planning of their care. One person told us, 'They were wonderful, terrific. I feel really cared for when I come here. I know I can discuss the problem with confidence and I will be listened to. We discussed all the options and as you can tell, I'm pleased with the results."
People were assessed and received treatment according to their individual needs. People told us they were satisfied with the service.
Staff knew how to keep vulnerable people safe. We saw there was safeguarding information available. We were told by staff the procedures that were followed if they had safeguarding concerns.
The practice was clean and hygienic and met all guidelines for infection control and decontamination. The dental nurse commented, "I am really pleased about the systems we have in place."
The provider had systems for gathering people's views about the service and for dealing with any complaints. The provider kept all records in good order, and these were accurate and appropriately accessible.
