During a routine inspection
We found the premises clean and the surgeries and building were well maintained. We also saw that audits were completed and saw evidence that procedures were in place to ensure that people's health and safety was safeguarded.
We talked to staff about their experiences working for this service. Some of the staff had worked for many years for this practice. Comments included: "We are encouraged to keep up to date with training.' And 'There is a lot of support here, we all work really well as a team, everyone gets along and helps each other.'
During, and prior to the inspection a patient satisfaction survey was taking place. We read some of the comments people had written. They included "Always delivers first class treatment", and "I have been with this practice for thirty plus years and have never been dissatisfied with any aspects of my treatment." We saw that there was a complaints procedure in place should patients wish to raise any concerns and all staff said they welcomed feedback on the service that was provided.
