Patients told us they received enough information to make informed choices.
The waiting areas were spacious and well decorated. They were separated from the main reception to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
We spoke with five patients and observed three more during our visit. We saw they were welcomed into the practice and general conversation was used by staff to help patients relax and feel comfortable.
The patients we spoke with told us they were happy with the way the practice was run and they had no concerns'.
Patients told us they were satisfied with the treatment they received and were involved in all aspects of the care and treatment. They said they made decisions accordingly.
We saw the practice was clean and tidy and patients we spoke with confirmed the environment was clean and tidy at all times.
