During a routine inspection

We spoke to seven people using the service and most of them had been long standing patients of the practice and or dentist. People told us they were happy with the treatment provided, felt involved in their treatment planning and said their views were taken into account. Complimentary remarks included: 'Excellent service', 'I've seen my dentist for over 30 years and find no fault', 'Extremely clean and immaculate'. We found that people's treatment and care was provided in a clean and safe environment. The provider had suitable arrangements in place to support staff with training and appraisals; and we observed staff to be professional and polite. People using the service had an individual treatment plan in place, and their personal records were personalised and safely managed to ensure confidentiality.
